they were wonderful hard-working people from the top of the scale to bottom. I was left with no one I knew or could trust, gone was my beautiful place where I felt safe. All mental health/substance abuse stopped services taken away. Sadly, they seemed to have a problem with long term GP's. Saw right through them, they create a set of organisation and professionalism, too many staff to which I've overheard one of their team leaders ranting about a Service User, unprofessionalism jumped in, the thing was they gave an air of authoritarianism which made them look quite foolish they believed were saving a surgery that needed changing?. I had/have my opinion and that is why I pulled away from the services of AT Medics at Hanley Road. All I'm saying is, Please do not go by the books cover it's all too pretty on the surface.
